The elementary students had a jump rope competition in PE class after practicing for a couple of weeks. We had 39 students make it to the championship. The students all jumped for a very long time without stopping. Annie Burtalo jumped the longest winning the championship trophy. It was a great time watching all the students do such an awesome job!
Monday begins our annual Pack The Bus food drive!
Students are encouraged to bring in nonperishable food items (Please check that the items are not expired!) to their classroom from November 4th – November 25th to support our local food pantry. Each classroom will also have their own change bucket and children are encouraged to bring in any spare change to donate to the food pantry. The classroom with the most food donations and the classroom with the most money raised will get a pizza party!

Congratulations to our final Treasure Chest winner - Bryson Blunier. The Book Blast is going strong as we approach these last few days of the event. It’s not too late to complete your Treasure Map, earn your prizes, and help your child’s teacher earn a shopping spree to purchase books and supplies for the classroom! When 60% of the classroom students register and invite 10+ friends and family members, that teacher will earn a $100 shopping spree. If ALL the classroom students invite 10+ friends and family members, the teacher will earn a $200 shopping spree. Visit https://app.booksarefun.com/Nauvoo-ColusaES62354 to participate!
